With "EasyYAUDAB", "we", "our" are meant our Discord Inc. Discord Bot applications with the application id "1094278296767840307".

Terms

By using the EasyYAUDAB Discord App, you agree to the terms of service agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the place where the owner is based. If you do not acknowledge and agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Discord App. It is forbidden to impersonate yourself or an instance of yourself as the EasyYAUDAB App or staff member, or to copy the App in this form without modification and impersonate it as your own. It is forbidden to abuse bugs and exploits, to harm EasyYAUDAB or other individuals in any way, this includes but is not limited to purposely trying to crash the App or to abuse bugs to damage servers and users.

Limitations

In no event shall EasyYAUDAB be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Discord App, even if EasyYAUDAB or an staff of EasyYAUDAB has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. We reserve the right to exclude you or your server from using the App at any time without notice.

Usage Guidelines

To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all users, we have established the following usage guidelines. By using EasyYAUDAB, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities

  1. Spam: Do not engage in any form of spam, including but not limited to, sending repetitive or irrelevant messages, or posting identical or similar content multiple times.
  2. Cooldown Circumvention: Do not bypass and/or attempt to bypass any cooldown periods implemented by the service, whether by using bot accounts, multiple accounts, or any other means.
  3. Fair Use: As our access to AI is limited any action that leads to an unfair advantage over other users of EasyYAUDAB is not permitted.
  4. NSFW Content: NSFW Content is generally not permitted.
  5. Illegal Content Requests: Do not ask for or distribute illegal content of any kind. This includes but is not limited to, content related to illegal activities, explicit materials, or any form of harassment or discrimination.
  6. Ban Evasion: Do not try to evade any account bans or restrictions imposed by EasyYAUDAB by creating new accounts or using third-party accounts.
  7. Other prohibited activities: As we use OpenAI as one of our AI providers any activities that violate their Usage policies are also prohibited.

Data Collection

Certain data is collected and possibly stored that is necessary for the use of the EasyYAUDAB App. You can find which data is collected in our Pricacy Policy.

Data Deletion

A deletion of the data can be requested at any time by contacting us. Please note that a deletion of the data can take up to 30 days. You can contact us on our Discord to request a Deletion of Data.

Changes

We have the discretion to change our Terms of Service to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legal or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this Terms of Service, we will post the changes here at the same link that you use to access this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service at any time without notice.

We have no control over the privacy policies of external services to which this website links. We are not affiliated with any of the external services linked on this website.
