(1.) Guild configuration. [certain ChannelIDs, MessageIDs and your GuildID]

(3.) Chat history including messages sent by users and responses generated by the AI. This includes the last 15 messages of the user where the Bot is pinged, and the last 15 responses of the AI to the user. We also store User ID, Channel ID, and Server ID for each message.
We reserve the right to externally store chat logs in cases where we detect illegal activities, in order to monitor and report them if necessary.
Certain data may be shared with third-party services, which are necessary for the core features of the Bot.
All inputs and AI-generated content are generally stored for an indefinite period for the purpose of improving the service, detecting misuse, and our partners (i.e., the AI providers we use) may also store the data to further train their AI models or similar purposes.
When we collect your information, we make all reasonable efforts to protect it from theft, loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, and use. Although we endeavour to keep the information you provide to us confidential, we must point out that no electronic data transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can promise absolute data security. The chat history is used to improve the accuracy and relevance of the AI's responses to user messages.
